Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds unless there is a fault at our end. Only store credit is provided. Store credit is issued against the order amount via email, which can be used for future purchases. You can utilize it as a "gift card" option during checkout.

Changes Changes such as size changes, article changes, or additions/removals of articles can be processed if reported within 2 days from the order date.

Cancellation To cancel an order, please send a cancellation request via email to info.hoovox@gmail.com or contact us at 03227707988. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours (2 days) of placement. Canceling an order after 48 hours (2 days) will incur a cancellation fee of 3% of the paid amount, refunded to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14-18 working days. Store credit will be provided for orders canceled without a genuine reason (e.g., change of mind, no longer requiring the order, changes in the order).

Return We do not cater to exchanges or returns for international purchases. In case of any defective article or missing piece, please contact us at info.hoovox@gmail.com or call 03227707988 within 2 days of receiving the order.

We strongly advise checking the size charts and descriptions before placing an order, as international orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damages and Issues For damaged or incorrect items, concerns must be raised within 2 days with our customer care team for further assistance. Complaints made after 2 days cannot be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Items purchased on sale, customized stitched articles, gift cards, shipping charges, and service charges (such as priority stitching fees) are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks unless the fault lies with us. For any specific questions or concerns, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Hoovox reserves the right to reject return requests found to be misusing our return policy or for products received with missing tags and other components.
